Indiana Goalkeeper Academy Directs Butler Boys Soccer Goalkeeping Camps
Camps for boys playing 8v8 or 11v11 in fall 2008.

The goalkeeping camps for Butler Boys Soccer Camps are directed by the Indiana Goalkeeper Academy (IGA). IGA was founded by Miles Glynn with the purpose of creating training opportunities for goalkeepers of all levels, with an emphasis on creating a consistent and competitive environment which fosters individual development. IGA training programs allow for the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological qualities of the goalkeeper to be enhanced and refined through specialized, challenging, and age appropriate training. IGA founder and director Miles Glynn works to develop hundreds of goalkeepers each year, from recreational to collegiate athletes. The IGA staff is committed to helping committed players realize their potential and reach their desired level of performance.
"I was very pleased this year when Miles joined our Butler Men’s Soccer Staff and decided to partner with the Butler Boys Soccer Camps as the Goalkeeping Director. Miles is organized, knowledgeable and committed to being the best. He works very hard on the craft of coaching, and he has been a vital component to our success. He is a goalkeeping expert and puts the time, effort and has the attention to detail it takes to make good goalkeepers great. " Coach Kelly Findley, Butler Head Men’s Soccer Coach
IGA will offer full day and half day options for the camps at Butler University and Noblesville United Soccer Club. The cost for the full camp at Butler is $210. The cost for the full evening goalkeeper camp at Noblesville is $115. Registration for these three camps will be done through the IGA website which can be found by clicking here. Registration for the full day goalkeeper camps is done ONLY through the IGA site and you should not register through the Butler site.
The half day goalkeeper option is intended for the part time goalkeeper who wishes to particiapte as a field player and also receive basic instruction in goalkeeping. By choosing this option the player will partake in two goalkeeper training sessions and will spend the rest of time as a field player. (Example: Butler camp participants will spend two mornings from 9:00-12:00 training as keepers. Noblesville participants will spend two sessions from 5:30-7:00 training as keepers.) The cost for this option ($40 for the Butler camps and $20 for Noblesville) is in addition to the cost of the Full Day camp. Players must be registered as Full Day campers to select this option. Registration for the half day GK option is done only through the Butler website by selecting the option in the registration checkout and you should not register on the IGA site.
