Kelly Findley - Camp Director & Head Men’s Soccer Coach Butler University

Kelly Findley is in his third season as head coach of the Bulldogs. Findley was named the fifth men’s soccer coach in Butler history in December of 2005, following a five-year stint on the men’s soccer staff at Charlotte.  Findley has a USSF " A" License and the NSCAA Premier Diploma and over 15 years experience as a coach and director of youth soccer camps.

 David Costa - Asst. Camp Director & Asst. Coach Butler Men’s Soccer

David Costa is in his third season on Butler’s coaching staff and in his second season as a full-time assistant coach. He has assumed the title of recruiting coordinator for the Bulldogs, and he has taken on additional coaching responsibilities within the program.   David has his USSF "B" License and extensive experience with club and ODP.

Steve Cox - Goalkeeping Camp Director & Men’s Soccer Asst./Goalkeeping Coach Butler Men’s Soccer

Steve Cox was named an assistant men’s soccer coach at Butler in the summer of 2009.  He handles the technical and tactical training of Butler’s goalkeepers.

Cox boasts an extensive background in coaching, both on the collegiate and club levels.  He is the founder and director of USA Goalkeeping Academy, and he serves as the goalkeeping trainer for Noblesville United Soccer Club.  He further was assigned as the Indiana ODP Goalkeeping Coach in the fall of 2008, and he previously served as assistant coach for the ‘93 Indiana ODP boys state team.  Cox also had served as men’s and women’s assistant coach at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Ill.

A four-year starter and two-year captain on the men’s soccer team at Houghton College, Cox earned NAIA honorable mention All-America recognition as a senior.  He played in he Premier Development League with the Chicago Eagles, and he was a member of the U-17 and U-20 Canadian National Team programs.  A native of Toronto, Canada, he currently holds his USSF “C” license.
 

Butler Boys Soccer camp Staff is made up of current and past Men and Women’s Butler University Soccer Players, other collegiate soccer players and highly qualified and respected high school and youth coaches.
